We use it as a CRM for our customer interactions. We call through the software, and calls are automatically captured along with the call records as tasks are completed. We can log tasks based on customer interactions. We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further. With this tool, we can manage our customers efficiently.

We use the Sales Content Management system to manage and organise our internal research on what classes have worked well with student surveys, etc. We us it to communicate with sellers with relevant and impactful content so that information is accessible in the moments we need it, communicate with buyers and students with video messages, etc. Our teachers use it for peer development and to give feedback and to deliver content for students.

We needed to implement internal product and HR training, including product updates. Allego makes it easy to curate and manage courses. Allego also gives admins, such as myself, and managers the ability to track course completion and fill gaps that exist. We are on the cusp of implementing CI for our sales team and looking forward to it!

In my role as product trainer, Allego solves the problem of "assigning" courses to select team members but still have training available to the whole organization. As we learned about its capabilities and saw the impact the coaching platform was having for our organization, we added the learning platform to reduce speed to market for our new sales team members and our current sales team with new products and services we offer.

  • If hard-pressed to find a flaw, it would be that whomever authors content, the content is tied to that individual; however, Allego has the capability to "reassign" content to a different author when needed.
As we roll out new products or services, the learning and coaching platforms are key. They allow us to teach the team the content and then coach them as they video record their delivery of the content to a "client." This allows us to see how much they've absorbed and helps us to redirect them when needed.

We currently use Allego for our LMS, content storage and call intelligence. The business problems the product addresses is the ability to onboard employees efficiently and in a uniformed fashion no matter their role or product they're selling. It also helps us address the need to control the version and type of content our employees are trained on and can provide externally to customers. We also have the ability to track learning by pushing out certifications, additional training courses, and have the capability to view completion, accuracy of answers, and overall engagement with the content and learning materials provided.

I don't think there's a company that this wouldn't be an appropriate tool for if they're evaluating vendors in the LMS, content, and CI space.

Identifying challenging objections helps to prepare the team for other similar questions, and gives the team a library of assets to learn from each other and build our expertise in our verticals. 1-1 and peer-to-peer coaching sessions have given me more insight into where to prioritise our focus for learning, and give detailed feedback to team members to improve their conversions.

I utilize Allego to quickly deliver service training content as it is created to the our service department across the country. We have created courses for onboarding and video library. This is a great system to deliver training content and preserve for multiple users. The ability to share content across the different users or departments is a plus as well. This system has really allowed our team to deliver content quickly and to get feedback from the end user.

I have multiple roles with Allego. I am a user, and I create content and distribute it among several teams. I am a trainer - I train hundreds of individuals on the system. And I guess I'm a promoter of it, as it's utilized in a sales environment, and I want full usage of the product, because it's effective.

I use the Allego platform as a document repository for policies, procedures, job aids, trainings, and other necessary documents. This platform allows me to pull reports on signature required documents that prior I was limited in data point usage. Allego works great for pulling these reports. Uploading documents is a seamless process now, with the drop/drag feature and the in system notification process.

Allego we use primarily as a sales enablement and training tool. All of our marketing collateral to support the sales team lives here and can be shared externally with clients and/or prospects. What we love is that both sales and marketing have full transparency on how content is performing and this enables us to make decisions regarding our content strategy appropriately. The sales team also build sales rooms unique to prospects and clients alike to support their efforts.

My team supports our distribution organization. Allego Sales Enablement Platform has helped us create interesting and challenging learning programs and allowed members of the organization to be more visible to each other. The sharing of best practices via video has been very well received.

Communicating information and updates via videos resonates much better than emails.

We use Allego Sales Enablement Platform primarily as a training tool - it is a 'one-stop-shop' for our New Hires and houses almost all the content they need to complete their initial training. We also use Allego as a company-wide tool, making use of videos for announcements and as a way for leadership to connect with and engage the salesforce

Allego Sales Enablement Platform is difficult to use in it's full capacity in a highlight regulated industry, but it can be done! Industries with less restrictions may have a better ability to make use of everything Allego has to offer. Allego can easily be used by a small team, but if you want to use it company wide, you really need to have a dedicate team that maintains and runs Allego. Then each department needs someone who is in charge of Allego content.

Allego allows our organization to easily capture and distribute valuable and timely learning and development content between our various departments and sales teams. I like to call it Voya's YouTube! We utilize it in four main ways: 1) Distribute product training from subject matter experts to sales teams 2) capturing and recording live sales meetings and conference calls 3) manager coaching and evaluating presentations from sales teams 4) interviewing top-level sales talent to extract sales success habits and techniques to share with others.

  • Provides an archive of content where users can go back and review and can be used for ongoing training
  • The customer success team is very helpful in supporting our initiatives and giving us best practices
  • When more content is added it can get very cumbersome so there is a constant need to "clean up"
  • Finding and organizing videos can be a tedious process. Maybe can add more automation behind this
  • Allowing more user editing tools for their videos. Ability to trim, cut and paste
You get out of Allego what you put into a Allego. We are a two-person training team with other job responsibilities. Allego requires a driver of content as content will not just create itself nor will people be apt to just film a video themselves. As easy as the software is to use it requires manual planning and execution to ensure consistent content. If you have a good content calendar and planned and hold subject matter experts accountable as well as Sales Management, you will have a robust platform where all users benefit.
