What is Allstacks?

Allstacks uses machine learning models to analyze SDLC data for delivery risks and projected outcomes for engineering leaders.

The value stream intelligence platform illuminates insights across projects and tools so users can build better processes, create a better culture, and shape better outcomes for a business and its customers. Allstacks gathers and analyzes past work data and behavior from the tools a team is already using, like Jira, GitHub, and Bitbucket. The vendor states starting Allstacks can take two minutes or less.

Allstack for test management.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We outsource most of the test management systems, and to track the record of those test cases; we use the All stack. Various test cases are rolled out through the system and using Allstacks; we keep the track record and transparency about the development of the project. Reviews and comments are then checked to allocate excessive resources in between.

Pros

  • Team efficiency matrix tracking.
  • Track the progress of test cases.
  • Allocate excess resources if needed.

Cons

  • Server connection error needs to be fixed and even login issue some times.
  • Visualization of graph can be improved.
  • More integration would be useful between individual reports and other reports (automation).

Return on Investment

  • Saved time to build weekly reports.
  • Entire process was more transparent than previous tools.
  • Easy to handle/ user friendly.

Allstack is a powerful tool for assessing teamwork and reporting to clients.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Pros

  • Great insights
  • good dashboards
  • meaningful reports

Cons

  • UI can be rigid but is constantly improving
  • User Management is the biggest opportunity for improvement

Return on Investment

  • Allstacks enables me to plan ahead of my roadmap while remaining certain that initiatives will be delivered on time.
