Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Almabase is a new platform to us as of last Fall. We moved from another platform that was no longer supported to handle our email communications, event management and registrations and online gifts. There are about 10 staff members on the platform to do various tasks and we use it every day for either processing gifts, adding/maintaining events or emails, or managing constituent updates.

- Search functionality is lacking
- Lack of APIs to get data out for analytics work
- Inconsistency in how paid events and gifts function
Return on Investment
- Ability to easily track the number of people who have interacted with our giving pages, etc. Just this month we've had 11,336 users engage in some way.
- Tho not directly integrated into our database, the flow of data between systems saves a lot of time and headaches.
- The ease of creating events, giving pages, and emails is a huge time and sanity saver for staff.
