What is AlumnForce?
AlumnForce is a web and mobile solution for alumni community management. solution dedicated to all schools, universities and alumni associations that want to create a great social and professional network for their members, students, graduates, teachers and recruiters. It provides tools to help build an interactive community. The application can be customized to suit any particular community and is configurable to meet an organization’s priorities.
Administrators can post news or emailing newsletters, and host an image gallery. Via its mobile app, members can be given access to profiles and access others’ profiles, and find members. News can be shared across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Members on AlumnForce can use its private messaging system in order to foster exchanges and contacts. Members can communicate directly and confidentially on the platform, or they can receive all messages by email if they want to.
To help alumni find internships and apprenticeships, members can use its job board and declare themselves as “Actively searching for a job” or “Seeking opportunities,” and become part of an AlumnForce CV bank. Its Applicant Alerts feature helps recruiters and alumni get notified when a profile matches their needs and search criterias. Its hiring statistics measure and analyze professional data in real-time, so users can know the companies that hire the most within a network, the wait time before members get their first job, or alumni income levels. Corporate partners can create a recruiter account to advertise jobs, internship or apprenticeship offers, manage applications and browse applicant profile pages.
Additionally, AlumnForce can be used to sell tickets to events and process payments online (e.g. via Paypal), and raise funds; users can manage contributors and their donations history, follow up and export payments data. For member payment management, AlumnForce includes a membership management tool and secured online payment system, where users can create various membership types and manage different payment methods both online and offline (PayPal, direct debit, credit card, check, cash). Reminders can be customized and are automatically sent to contributors. Finally, AlumnForce features an online shop features, where where members can promote an associated university.
