- In flexibility and security of database
- Stability of services
- Continuous manchine learning and focuses on cost reduction of their services
- No capacity limits
- Lagging issues sometimes
- Paid support packages should be avoided in urgency cases
- Backup protection is needed
- Only few professionals are skilled in AWS
- Minimalistic UI
- Multi factor authentication is enabled for better security
- Secure and reliable
- Less vulnerable to virus attacks
- Has application for every major Operating system
- Restarting workspaces takes lot of time
- MFA can be done only via email. Text or dedicated app would be a great choice.

- Quick, clean access to the VDI images.
- Easy provisioning of images to use based on multiple criteria.
- Integrating with our other products (AV/AM, productivity, etc.).
- Streaming of media to the endpoint.

Good and safe product for cloud
- Effective Token validation
- Safe way to manage our credentials
- The machine state is preserved to continue the next day from the same point
- Copy and paste does not work well
- The performance is degraded during the day being slow at the end of the journey
- Some user interface issues displaying the page
- Sometimes when I type a word a letter is pasted many [times]

Amazon WorkSpaces (VDI) makes VM setups easy.
- Amazon WorkSpaces provides us with total control over our employee/consultant workstations.
- We can spin up new workstations in minutes.
- At the moment, I have no complaints about this service. I've used other VM software for years, and this is by far the simplest and easiest I've tried.
