Ambassify features built-in Skill Enablement: instead of just giving employees content to share, the platform teaches them how to become confident, effective advocates, unlocking advocacy by employees that traditional advocacy tools leave behind.

Ambassify has proven to be a great solution for our company, we faced many challenges trying to make our workspace more friendly without mixing our personal life, Ambassify helped us to resolve that conflict, by allowing our teammates to communicate and interact freely like any other social media, but in a closed and secure environment.

As a company with numerous but unified people, we required software able to provide us with enough tools to communicate [with] teammates. We really feel that Ambassify has been an excellent software since it has been able to provide us with all that we need to share files, notifications, and important messages through our teams. We always have had struggles sharing files of different types. With Ambassify, we can easily and in a fast manner, share different types of files whenever we need them at the time we need them.

  • It is good for both, formalizing and socializing

Cons

  • We have had issues trying to link Ambassify to WhatsApp
  • I think that it would be nice to schedule posts and notifications
  • There has been times where there is a slight delay on the notifications.

Ambassify has been a great software since it allowed us to grow as a team. It has been the best tool that we have used to communicate and to keep up to date with our coworkers. Ambassify helped us deliver the best support to our team in a timely manner. We use Ambassify within different departments.

  • User Friendly.
  • Good support if we run into issues.

Cons

  • We have experienced some lags when starting to run the software.
  • Better integration with external channels.
  • I am not able to understand how to link WhatsApp as for now.

This platform enables us to tailor content for specific areas and has also enabled us to make data-informed decisions. I would recommend this platform.
