We use Annex Cloud Customer Loyalty Platform to operate our direct-to-consumer loyalty programs across all regions. The platform allows us to develop a customized program with multiple tiers, different points earning ratios, multiple point earning actions, and more. Our program is designed to reward customers for their loyalty and continued support of our brand through purchases on our brand website.
