AnswerForce is great for a virtual receptionist. The answer all of your business calls and allow you to create a customized answering script for you company. It is a very useful and affordable virtual receptionist.
  • Answer business calls.
  • Create and adjust answering scripts
  • Schedule meetings
  • record all calls and messages
  • charging for spam calls. They could do better at not charging for these calls
  • accounting could be improved. I was overcharged a couple of times
AnswerForce is great for answering calls. They also provide some extra technology features like meeting scheduling and online chat with customers.
