The platform allows users to perform multiple tasks at once with ease. Additionally, the customer support team is noted as being very helpful and provides additional training when necessary, though this comes at a cost.   • Creating an export of data is really easy.
  • Merging of records is fairly simple.

Importing and exporting data is failry easy. Automation for e-mail marketing is severely lacking.
