Not only we can do screen sharing in AnyDesk, but it also allows us to access the file, document, and software installation remotely by another user. It is easy and the fastest remote access tool. It can connect from anywhere, I can collaborate with my teammates for viewing the status and resolving if any issue occurred.

Getscreen.me connects remotely directly from your browser, it's very convenient - no need to explain to customers what and how to install. Also, it has a very user-friendly interface. They also have all the necessary features for remote access (file sharing, WoL, black screen, session recording) and are significantly cheaper.

The free version of TeamViewer is unstable; the remote connection is frequently lost. Anydesk's remote connection is much more reliable and consistent. Even so, I prefer AnyDesk over other software because it's a lot easier to install and runs very well. Aside from that, its simplicity gives it an edge over other software.

Our previously used application has limited features and may not be the only version of the computer we are connected to when using the software. And Anydesk app is relatively easy to use and hassle-free.

AnyDesk has some upsides against TeamViewer :

1. Its free version is way to more useful than TeamViewer's.
2. It performs better on low internet connectivity than TeamViewer.
3. It is more smooth and fast.
4. It is more easy and convenient to install than TeamViewer

AnyDesk is convenient more for quick and easy access with the same team sharing the screen. The most important thing is that AnyDesk is compatible with any version that we face with other software where it should be the same version or compatible with the same software. Also, the easy installation and wide use for this software.

We were using LogmeIn before for user support. The package we bought was already expensive without the file transfer feature. Last year it came to a point where we cannot even afford it. So we looked in some alternate solutions and found AnyDesk. The software is a fraction of cost compared to LogmeIn. Also the professional version we use have all the features included what we were missing with LogmeIn. The screen resolution and speed is also much better compared to LogmeIn.

  • As the AnyDesk address is constant, we do not have to share the ID multiple times with the same person.
  • Always shows a list of recent sessions so it will be easier to connect with people we frequently contact.
  • Innovative, reliable, and secure.
  • Simpler and faster when compared with other remote connection tools.

TeamViewer is a nice software for remote control too but AnyDesk is much better than it because of its small size and faster processing. Anydesk also simpler and easy to install, so it gives a nice competition to TeamViewer.

AnyDesk is a low-storage device so you can tell the client to download it anywhere you are connected with the internet and it will get installed very quickly. The screen sharing in this application is very clean and resolution quality is high, you can only access once the client device accepts it, which means a secure remote access from this application.

None of the alternatives we tried were on the TrustRadius list, but speaking of them, none were as simple to use and configure as AnyDesk. All that we tried had connection issues. An example was terminating remote access unexpectedly several times while using the software.
