AnyDesk might the best choice for users who wants to temporarily access a system, as it doesn't mandatory installation on Windows Devices, we can use most of the services without actually installing it. This might be not the first choice for users who wants to use AnyDesk for systems with no display like monitor attached to it.

If at this point in the pandemic, remote access to a desktop is necessary for you, then AnyDesk is likely a solid solution. However, as the pandemic winds down, remote access is expected to become less and less critical, and thus, the problem that AnyDesk solves is likely (or perhaps, hopefully) going away. Given the bad reputation for using this program by scammers, many customers do not want to connect through it, so over time, I switched to an alternative to Anydesk - the service Getscreen. me, which connects directly from the browser.

I would recommend the use of AnyDesk for anyone and company. It works very well for private and also coupoing purposes. It has a free version and premium. Both are good and meet the demand for remote access and remote support to users. AnyDesk's software is one of the most stable I've ever used. It is fully translated to our language in Portuguese and is very easy to set up and use on a day-to-day basis. Access is practically instantaneous and has no delay and low latency. AnyDesk is an appropriate software for use by us to resolve technical ticket tickets made by users of the organization. Whenever there is a problem or request to install something on the workstation, IT is triggered and we use this tool to resolve the online and remote ticket. Service is fast, agile and we use it to install software, printers, check files, shares, windows settings, and other things.

AnyDesk can be used when we want to fix errors or issues in our clients' machines. It is not necessary to have strong computer knowledge in order to use AnyDesk. It is designed in such a way that anyone with a basic computer knowledge can use it. Network issues need to be managed properly. There are many connection issues that can destroy smooth functioning of AnyDesk.

In the instance where we are unable to use the first choice (logmein), we resort to using AnyDesk to allow our customers the ability to fix their problems. We are able to remote into their computer and address specific issues that we would be unable to talk them through. It comes especially in handy for those who are not as technically inclined to use LogMeIn or TeamViewer.

For accessing the system remotely from any location, AnyDesk is one of the most used and useful pieces of software I have ever used. It works great for both personal and professional uses. Sometimes I leave the office system on, while monitor off, so I could use it's files and system remotely from my home network too. According to me, it does not fit in live video calls along with screen sharing.

When you have a good internet connection it works perfectly. If the client's computer is low on RAM or full of heavy files you see more lags which is really very frustrating. It is well suited especially when you have an appropriate RAM, and fast to access every application if you have smooth internet connected to your device.
