ApplicantPro is okay
- From my perspective, I have not seen a positive impact on ROI.
- Over 50% of the applicants I have set up interviews with have not shown up for the interview.
- About 10% of the applicants have been qualified for the jobs I have posted.

User Friendly and Cost Efficient
- ApplicantPro has given us a cost-efficient way of getting our jobs out to several free job sites and does a great job of integrating with Indeed.
- We typically get a great flow of candidates when we post with ApplicantPro.

ApplicantPro or ApplicantCon?
- There have been a few times where we have been able to catch duplicate applicants or applicants that come through different sources applying to the same job.
- We are able to keep track of all of our offer letters in one area.
- The automation features are useful for our company.

Excellent applicant Management as a stand alone product
- We went from receiving about 10 applicants per job posting to 50-100 (depending on the job). That might sound scary but AP makes it easy to manage and select candidates for interviewing. We have a better applicant pool and better hires as a result.
- They have a feature that posts our jobs to local universities and the state job board (which is required in our industry). This feature is huge for us and not everyone offers it.
- Bringing in a hiring committee and involving the manager has had a very positive impact on hiring and workforce management over the last several years.

ApplicantPro Review
- Positive: It was easy to train managers and new admins on how to use it. Which in turn made the recruiting easier
- Positive: It was very good at keeping track of applicants and where they were in the hiring process.
- Negative: You had to use outside software to do onboarding, I-9/ e-Verification. We had to spend more money for outside software to be implemented into the system and by that had to pay for several software instead of one.
