Users of Applied Epic rely on the software as a comprehensive account management solution. It allows them to efficiently keep track of various aspects of their business, including clients, insurance policies, accounting, policy submission, correspondence, claims, and contacts. By providing a centralized database, users can easily monitor the status of each account and track completed tasks. This proves invaluable in identifying opportunities for each client and streamlining workflows within the organization. With Applied Epic's cloud-based nature, users can confidently store and access valuable data in any volume, ensuring its capture and retention regardless of scale. The software is widely utilized by different departments such as Property & Casualty, Accounting, and Employee Benefits for remitting invoices to clients and managing accounting systems and billing. With its comprehensive features and user-friendly interface, Applied Epic serves as a one-stop-shop solution for all account management needs.

[Applied Epic] is our agency management system everyone uses.
  • Ease of use
  • Interacts well with Office 365
  • Can only run reports to search fields in the Auto & Home app
  • Contacts cannot be copied into other companies
  • Cannot make adjustments to disbursements once started
[Applied] Epic is great for holding information but it does take time to enter data correctly if you want to be able to complete reports accurately[.]
  • Drag & Drop capability from Outlook
  • Storage of all data in one place
  • With Epic online users can work from home.
  • We were able to reduce IT expenses
  • Allowed users to start working from home when Covid started
We upgraded from [Applied] Tam to [Applied] Epic as we were needing new servers. The cost was a huge factor and the fact that Applieds data is backed up by them and updates are done by them, it was a huge cost and time saver for us.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance), Dialpad Talk
