I used this previously to organise my sessions so that I had a calendar that was organised and also allowed people to book appointments with me themselves.
  • It had a permanent free option.
  • It had a calendar view.
  • It allowed you to book as well as others.
  • Added fields for the bookings but this may be in a paid version.
This helped me organise my time for my work but also my personal life as you can book time for yourself for lunch and other activities and put what time you are available which can help you stay on top of a great work-life balance.

We use Appointy to quickly schedule meetings and turn the process around. No long searches in outlook to find the right date and time. You give the recipient access to your availability and empower them to schedule a meeting. You can quickly copy and link it on every platform you like as the link takes you to the page that gives you access to scheduling the appointment. It's easy with colleagues, but even better if you are looking to schedule an appointment with clients. After a successful appointment, you get a notification in your e-mail which you can use to create the appointment in your own calendar.

Appointy is very well suited if you need a quick and dirty option to schedule meetings with people outside your company empowering them to choose a time and date. It is less suited for scenarios where you want to be in control or if you want to share info and attachments prior to the meeting.

We use Appointy to book private sessions with clients at our wellness practice. It's used to coordinate appointment bookings and manage the schedule. It helps automate the process because we're not open every day so taking calls/emails is more complex.

Appointy is good for small businesses looking to outsource some admin work and get appointment bookings done online, especially if you don't have a huge client base. You can input the individual client's name in the system so it helps to personalize your services. It's not so suitable for larger companies. It's a good price for small businesses. Sometimes the design can be a bit clunky and the user interface isn't perfect, but for the price and google integration it's well worth it.

We piloted (free version) of Appointy to try to organize our COVID testing. We piloted the free version of Appointy and another product. Appointy was an approach to try to enable online scheduling for a community that now desires to use technology for just about everything.

  • need some way at booking to not book if the email address is incorrect (not sure how technology can do this but there must be a way)
  • not sure about how it would integrate with other technology we have
Easy to use, easy to set up. We thought the interface was fairly simple and we didn't need all the bells and whistles that it offered. We loved the ability for users to login and easily schedule and receive reminders. It integrates with Google which is what our families really liked, especially since so many use Google Suite products. We appreciated the widgets that could be used on websites across our school district.

I am engaged in vendor management for my organization. We do not use a lot of in-house services so we outsource most of our services. To manage so many vendors I got this software. With the help of this I manage all my appointments so smoothly and easily with the help of Appointy it is just so simple. All my meeting appointments are now in a place. It eliminates email/call back and forth with web-based scheduling.

  • There is a glitch in the application and sometimes it just freezes. We need to start it again. This is very rare but happened a few times to me.
  • The application should be more friendly on mobile.
  • At the time of any outage Appointy did not notify, even it's paying customers.
Appointy handles all of my scheduling for all our staff. The best thing is the customer service. I have never in my life been more pleased with a live chat service than I have been with Appointy. There is no ROBO answer and people are genuinely interested in helping me find my solution.

Appointy is well suited for one or multiple people needing to schedule appointments with clients. It's fairly easy to update availability for meetings and appointments. Software in general is easy to use and has helped remove the back and forth of finding a day and time that works for everyone involved.

Appointy makes customer engagement & scheduling an effortless job. Its features such as social media integration (Facebook), and website integration have made customer engagement so much more effective. It has increased my productivity and helped in attracting & retaining customers. My Google Calendar & iCal account sync through Zapier which has made it work like a charm with my existing set of softwares & subscriptions.

  • It provides dashboard analytics for measuring customer satisfaction
  • It allows email customization, business logo addition, customizable social media promotion, etc.
  • Uninformed outages happen which sometimes hampers productivity
  • More languages should be acccomodated, Currently supported languages are insufficient
  • Free trial should be provided for longer period of time in case of full feature license subscription
It's flexible time slot booking interval which is a very user friendly feature.
Facebook integration is just awesome to have as it coverts your social media platform into a scheduling interface.
It allows customers to schedule multiple future appointments even if it is for the same service
Dashboard analytics is a great feature to review & control the whole business

We use it across the organization for customer meetings and demos. It's very simple and comes with an intuitive dashboard and a calendar to take an overall look of the schedule for the day. You can see the jobs by individual employee and you can also [send] notifications on schedules.
