Great option for small businesses!
- It had a permanent free option.
- It had a calendar view.
- It allowed you to book as well as others.
- Added fields for the bookings but this may be in a paid version.

- The interface is a little clunky / glitchy sometimes.
- The design could be improved
- It isn't the most streamlined process setting up the opening hours

- need some way at booking to not book if the email address is incorrect (not sure how technology can do this but there must be a way)

- Helps and provide a sub domain that we can use to to create our own page.
- Flexible time slot intervals.
- There is a glitch in the application and sometimes it just freezes. We need to start it again. This is very rare but happened a few times to me.
- The application should be more friendly on mobile.
- At the time of any outage Appointy did not notify, even it's paying customers.
- Makes it easy to schedule appointments.

- Blocks off availability based off other calendar events.
- Availability across multiple meeting types could be easier to adjust.

- Uninformed outages happen which sometimes hampers productivity
- More languages should be acccomodated, Currently supported languages are insufficient
- Free trial should be provided for longer period of time in case of full feature license subscription
