Justified as I am a good prescriptor but still free user. Level of support is mora than adequate

I have yet to try the support.

AppSsheet has a support group and they show videos to help app builders. Though I have truck drivers' hours and can't join the webinars. Support groups with better assists me on a Saturday evening or a Sunday that I have time off. It's hard to watch videos driving down the highway.

AppSheet offers a variety of resources including a detailed knowledge base, a community forum, and the bi-weekly Office Hours webinar. Their YouTube channel also has many helpful tutorials and videos of helpful tips and tricks. The staff, from the techs up to the CEO, obviously commit regular time in the community forum, through which They maintain a very rich support and community presence. They also use Intercom to provide an intelligent and ever-present help button in the app editor.

I did not need customer support as everything I needed was available as tutorials and documentation help. I receive AppSheet support emails containing user discussions, which I did not require till date.

Great community forum and lots of help content. I have always found an answer to any question that I have had, otherwise received responses from community members within minutes.

Never used it so i can't rate it. Given a neutral 5

There are some simple things I couldn't find on the internet or in training videos such as how do you move to the next row when trying to populate an outbound e-mail from an action. The internet has been asking this question of AppSheet for many years, but the answer is not easily found.

Community feedback is fast, responsive and accurate. Have not needed or used direct support from AppSheet.

There are help guides and assistant notices everywhere in the software and on the website.

Community support has been willing and usually helpful. We are most impressed with the willingness of AppSheet to offer discounted prices to not-for-profit organisations like ours.

I haven't really used their customer support. My understanding is that there is not much support at the "Pro" paid level. Lots of help documentation that you can research yourself. Would be nice to have a person at AppSheet to help walk through some challenges, but likely costs more.

Haven't needed to contact them so far.

They could be a bit better at following up on issues. For example, my free trial has stopped even though I was told that it is for free for any subscription with less than ten users.
