Support is support, so mainly reactive when it is about product inside and common issues.
But when it is about specific enhancements and business concerns related to our own configuration and settings, we surely feel a gap. and this is why concierge is a must have solution when facing Aprimo support

Depending on the number of platform modules, the resources required to configure on the client side can be heavy. Additionally, the Concierge Service offering is a must for at least the first 1-2 years post Go Live.

Customer service has been responsive and attentive in line with the service we have bought. However, any organization that wants to make investments in Aprimo should plan to make an investment in internal support headcount to serve as the first line of defense for user issues and inquiries otherwise it could become too expensive. We are on a standard service plan. You get 8 hours/month of whatever you want to ask them. This has been good enough. Will be buying more when we implement campaign management.
