I absolutely love using Arcoro HR for our ATS system. For us, it's a great system that allows us to solve lots of our HR management including payroll, scheduling, onboarding, and bringing lots of metrics altogether. It's a great tool because it's everything that I need working with recruiting and HR team. It also helps the employees with performance management and professional growth

Onboarding has been fantastic to use with this ATS system because it really helps to maintain a strong impression of who we are as a company and making sure the process is as seamless as possible. There's a checklist and in terms of immigration, paperwork, background check, reference checks, and much more and it helps out the recruiters and the HR team SO MUCH. I love how everything is just all in one place.
It's a bit bulky in terms of the other ATS systems out there such as Zenefits, or Paylocity or Lever or Greenhouse where the functionalities and the buttons are more user friendly designed. Acroro HR is a pretty bulky and difficult to really use because the navigation is just everywhere!

Arcoro has allowed us to post jobs and have a systematic process for tracking and following up on potential job candidates. We use it across three companies and it works beautifully. Multiple people can access and score candidates. The communication automation with the candidates keeps them informed on the process.

It not only streamlines our processes and makes more us efficient, but it also ensures that we have our jobs in front of qualified applicants. It's very intuitive and easy for users to learn, but it also provides the features we need to be effective.

Arcoro Hire [(formerly BirdDogHR)] is perfect for organizations that want to find an easy-to-use system where you can talk to a live person if you have questions. If you're looking for a system that will process payroll, this is not the right system. But if you want to find qualified applicants give them an excellent, on-line experience and provide a seamless, on-boarding process, this is an excellent option.

Arcoro Hire is our platform for posting open positions, screening candidates and processing new hires. It's our ATS and On Boarding system used company-wide. Prior to adopting Acoro Hire we were still using manual processes with paper employment applications and onboarding forms.

We selected and especially appreciate the flexibility and simplicity of Arcoro Hire s a stand alone option. We do not have the ability to integrate our ATS and OnBoarding with our Payroll/Accounting system and so many other platforms require this and/or only function well when there is this integration. We love that we can simply use Arcoro Hire to hire and on board employee without having to impact other operations.

BirdDog was being used as our sole ATS for internal hiring. It addressed the problem of staffing for a corporation. This was used only in the talent acquisition department.
  • Background checks - user-friendly, quick click to order
  • Candidate visibility - lists candidates chronologically and logs views
  • Locks notes - so you cannot edit after submitting
  • Integration into an email, to log all communication in and out of ATS
  • The notes time out too quickly and they don't save or log time
  • Job flow is odd

It is being utilized as a full suite HR/ATS system. It aids in our recruiting, on-boarding, training and record keeping. It is being used by our HR and Talent Development teams. Posting, reviewing and moving resumes through the hiring process as well as sending out new hire documents to those selected is much easier than our previous ATS system. Our talent development team also has a much easier time using the system versus our previous one.

It is well suited for sending out and tracking onboarding documents for new hires. It also allows for integration into the I9 system. One area of improvement would be for a mobile platform to be integrated so new hires can complete paperwork on the go on their mobile phone or tablet.
