Geofence has been beneficial to know who was on site. Shift time is helpful for limiting those who tend to clock in early or late to add extra minutes here and there. Photo ID capture helps prevent employees for clocking other workers, but helpful in some cases if the supervisor clocks out all employees.

Photo ID and Geo Fencing - Since we work on remote locations its invaluable. An example - an employee tried to clock in an hour away from their site, having breakfast. It didn't work out so well for them, without ExakTime I would have never known.

Geolocation has greatly improved the overall knowledge of where our field crews are located and ensure that crews are dispatched to the correct location.

Before geolocation there was no way to confirm without interrupting the field crews that everyone was on site and clocked in at the right time.

it has allowed us to confirm when crews are leaving site and hours and lunches are not missed on the tracking.

The geolocation feature has been a huge money-saver for our company. By tracking employees, we have seen a great reduction in wasted time both on the job site and their travel time. For example, there has been way less time spent at the gas station before going to the job site since implementing geolocation. Which means we are much more efficient, and have been able to increase our bottom line just by having more time for new jobs each year.

I think we are getting more accurate labor tracking.

The geolocation is very nice. Let you know where an employee was working and if they changed locations during the work day.

Geolocation has resulted in more accurate timekeeping. Type of work log-ins significantly improve recordkeeping for Time and Materials billing purposes. Employee wellness is verifiable prior to starting the workday, and easily verified by the administrator. Log-in by job name simplifies weekly time analysis by employee, team, and job site. Employee satisfaction with ease of recordkeeping has significantly improved the accuracy of data analysis.

Geolocation is handy for our employees that don't come in to the main office. The hornet clocks work well in our dirty construction environment.

We utilize the geolocation and photo ID with our company Android phones that we have with each Forman.

The geolocation tool has helped our company tremendously. With this tool, we can easily keep track of where the employees are when clocking in and out of projects. As we do not always have a high-level individual on-site with them, this tool has allowed for ease of mind when processing their payroll and calculating amounts owing. Also, as we have recently moved to a union company, this feature aids in keeping track of the distance for each project, which is useful when having to pay additional wages for any project outside of a certain radius from the city.

The Geolocation option has been the most helpful for us. For a construction company this allows us to properly assign labor costs to each particular project.

Mostly, the ease of use to job-cost our time data and integration into our accounting system.

Well we're able to see with geolocation if our employees are actually clocking in when they get to the jobsite, and we're able to track how long it takes them to finish certain tasks. with those features we're able to calculate and figure out how to finish things faster than before.

The Geolocation has proved immensely helpful for determining if our employees were on site when they were clocking in and out, and prevent sloppy recording of hours. It has made it far easier to manage the whole process of weekly payroll and employee time cards.

The geoloactions were never correct, the photo ID capture did not work on most of our employee's smart phones, we were able to clock in and out and that was about it. Most of the other features did not work as they were described by their sales person.

We have utilized the geolocation to track where our guys are in the field. This has allowed us to cut back on time theft and make sure that our field guys are where they say they are. Our guys in the field love how easy it is to use. The job costing has also really helped us to track labor costs per job.

The geo-location feature has helped us tremendously in the construction field. It helps us make sure workers are not cheating us hours by clocking in when they sre not actually on the job site, but just driving there or at the gas station. This saves us valuable man hour cost.

ExakTime has definitely enabled us to keep up with the fast pace of the industry. A great deal of people are glued to their phone, so making a time clock on their phone is simply the best. I like the fact that you can adjust the settings to make it mandatory for employees to take a picture of themselves at the job. This feature stops time theft.

We use the geotrakker function, photo ID capture, and the time keeping part of ExakTime. It has not affected our business in a negative way. When it comes to keeping track of our employees it has helped us. We are able to ensure they are where they are supposed to be working.

We tried the photo id but felt the employees would boycott if they were forced to use it. Keep it simple I was told. Hard to teach an old dog new tricks! Love the geotracking so I can see where the employee is at clock in and out. Would be nice if it was more user friendly. Better reports for that feature. We had the rugged clocks the employees just gave out the key fobs to others to clock them in. Did not work for us.

Something not mentioned previously that's a benefit is the geolocation that prevents employees from clocking in prior to getting onsite. Also the taking pictures so employees aren't punching in and out for other employees. All other benefits have been mentioned previously.
