Love the customizable features in ExakTime!
- Immediately saw a decrease in the amount of hours reported as worked vs what was actually worked. Probably saved us $100,000 in payroll the first year
- We have record of each employee each day rather than what the supervisor may have remembered from the prior week when filling out manual time cards

Will continue to recommend this software!
- Payroll Accuracy - Hours used to be manually calculated here. Depending on the person it was almost never accurate resulting in employees being under paid or the company losing money.
- Time - To calculate 30+ employees hours, including overtime was a nightmare and took an entire day. I now do minor changes day of payroll to fix up things and ask questions and I am no more than 20 minutes. That is a huge time and money saver.

- Sometimes the log in or out data does not send to me the same day.
