Very user friendly. Nothing's perfect but ExakTime is pretty close! Employees are diligent about clocking in and out in order to get paid! I love that we can customize reports to get exactly the info that we need. It's also very helpful to provide documentation of hours worked for our customers.

It's easy for anyone tech savvy. It is kind of impossible to make anything even more user-friendly than it already is. The app itself has zero issues for all my staff. The admin side of things takes a bit more knowing and learning.

The ExakTime mobile app is easy to understand and quick to learn for new employees. Set up takes minutes and tracking begins instantly.

Some employees dont like the idea of geotracking but after explaining that its used for punch clock and not tracking there every movement they got on board with the app.

The mobile app accessibility and simplicity design I give a 10. It has been so easy teaching all of the crew members how to navigate the app on their phones.
The online site is user friendly, except I do think there could be an improvement with the Reports section. It seems messy and outdated.

"Stop" and "Go" could not be easier for some of our more electronically challenged crew. It's made time tracking much easier and decreased errors from the field, which has reduced time spent on payroll.

Field crew and administrative experience with the software is universally positive. Employees verify their own work hours prior to payroll being submitted and receive reminders to do so whenever they are needed. No more last-minute chasing down the employee, and concerns are addressed daily rather than at the end of the week when timesheets are finalized.

I have not heard any issues from the employees on the usability of the module. Everyone seems to be happy with the features and how easy it is to use on their mobile devices. From the back end, I find it easy to navigate and add/remove items from the listings. Reporting is quite easy, and overall tracking adjustments are user-friendly.

I think it's just basic easy stuff. You just click go and pick what jobsite and what you're doing and they're able to start work right away. Just more efficient.

ExakTime is very intuitive and easy to use in some cases. From an ExakTime Mobile perspective, it is very simple and easy to use. The Clock In/Clock Out screen is intuitive and easy to learn. Similarly, the ExakTime Connect side is very smooth and simple for Time Card Detail viewing and Report usage, but it is sadly lacking in User Experience in Scheduling.

Both our field and office staff rave about how much they love using ExakTime. The interface on the app is so user friendly that our training time for new hires takes all of 5 minutes to download the app, get it set up and train them on how to clock in and out.

It is super friendly for the employees that are clocking in. There is not much to think about when doing so. It is foolproof and convenient. As for the office, some of the interface could be a little easier to navigate. For example, it could be easier to locate some of the settings.

It is very user friendly and not too hard to use for individuals who are not tech savvy. Most of our users appreciate the simplicity of clocking in, selecting cost codes assigned to projects, and leaving field notes. The field note section allows production to be saved so supervisors can keep track of job progression.

Stop and Go, job locations how hard can that be? I think the employees choose not to use it or forget to use it. That is when we have a problem and they do not get paid till next week. But that is the employee being lazy or not being responsable for their own time. Take some responsability people!
