Love the customizable features in ExakTime!
- Geofence punches
- Photo capture of employee at clock in/out
- Variety of reports
- Export to Quickbooks for payroll
- Would be nice for ExakTime to recognize if the in/out photo captured a face instead of the sky/ceiling to prompt employee to take a valid photo
- Interface with AccountLinx/Quickbooks sometimes varies the precise time from what ExakTime shows. Ex. Employee shows working 4.27 hours in ExakTime, Quickbooks shows 4.26. Usually only off by a hundredth
- Sometimes punches don't sync up. Employee claims they clocked in. I manually enter then it populates later

- Ease of use, even the older generation can navigate the website well.

ExakTime has saved us infinite time and money
- Organize employee contact information, clients, and cost codes efficiently
- Create a multitude of reports to analyze data for budgeting/forecasting
- The ability to add/subtract employees online
- It would be a nice feature if employees could add photos of their progress on jobsites
- The GPS could be a bit more exact for tracking employees
- The reports page online is not the most user friendly page. It seems dated.

- Errors are not allowing employees to clock in and out. We really struggle with this, and the employees are inside the geofence.

Satisfied Users
- Employee logs in and answers health-related questions before beginning work. They remotely provide their own timesheet information, adjustable by the administrator where needed.
- Location at time of login is readily available. Distance from jobsite can be determined at any login.
- Time for lunch is automatically deducted from work hours, logged by type of work interrupted, and easily adjustable by the employer if necessary.
- Reports by employees of time spent on any type of work during the work day and work week are readily available. Work by job name is also available.

ExakTime for small business.
- GPS Location tracking for open project locations.
- Clock in and out for all employees.
- Downloading weekly reports for Touch Detail.
- Downloading monthly reports for Location and employee totals.
- Adding new employees into the software.
- Adding new locations into the software.
- Making adjustments to timesheets for inaccurate clock in and out from employees.
- GPS PIN for locations not added in the "Location" module. We would use this for Service Calls. (one-off locations that don't need to be added to the software).
- This is a way to adjust how many projects appear in the weekly drop-down menu. Although the majority of the projects are still considered active, there can be weeks where there is no work at some designated locations, so having the option to not display all at once would be helpful for the employees when looking for the tagged location they are working at during that current week.

Excellent time tracking software that keeps employees honest
- record employee work time
- run payroll reports
- batch time entry, ie: for holidays, etc...
- create geo fence for punching
- snap picture of employee when punching
- allow times to be entered without needing to separate line items when manual time entry is past a 12 hour window
- for employee profiles, allow social security numbers to be entered
- allow for more info and functionality to be available on the mobile app for the admin
- allow for a PTO time tracker

Great software to move towards a digital experience
- Easy to use for employees
- Easy to process new hires and terminations
- Detail view of exactly what coverage levels and costs will be for employees - very important so there are no surprises.
- EDI's generally work but there are times when someone doesnt end up on a feed for whatever reason so I do have to add manually. Less than 5%
- Wish it integrated with our HRIS system to receive the employee information upon hire
- Overall support: never knew who to get ahold of for troubleshooting. i joined mid year and was hoping for a orientation to the software but taught myself instead. if there was a dedicated account rep (there may be) who reach out to schedule time, that would be great.

A Mixed Review on ExakTime
- Very straightforward time clock for employees
- Accurate and reliable GPS Tracking for In and Out Punches
- Very helpful reports for management use
- Foreman/Superintendent View set Function is all but nonexistent
- The Scheduling is missing a Warning/Notice for overlapping scheduled hours
- Pre-shift notifications more than 60 minutes before Start of Shift is a necessity and needs to be implemented for the Scheduling to be all encompassing.

- A live feed to Vista would be fantastic. NOTE: In all fairness, I not sure if the hold up is Arcoro HR or our accounting software provider.
- Pricing can be confusing to figure out when implementing.

- has a detailed view of time cards
- provides many reports
- The Geotrakker feature needs improvement. It is not that accurate.
- It would be nice to have meal waivers on the application.
- Cost codes for vacation/sick time need improvement
- it would be nice if employees could request time off on the application
