Without Asana we would have a much harder time organizing and prioritizing out duties. Asana provides an all in one system to delegate and automate what tasks need to be done and when.
We use Asana with one of our contractors to collaborate on projects that have multiple team members and tight deadlines. Asana has helped us track the pieces of the project that are done, what still needs to be done, and who is responsible for each item. The messaging and file sharing within the software are also helpful because we can put everything in one place instead of having to search through emails.

Great task management tool
Asana is used to manage all the internal activities at my company. We use it to distribute and manage tasks between departments and individual contributors, while also making sure we are registering all relevant information somewhere all interested parts will be able to check if needed. It is also great to receive and organize requests from work colleagues.

We used Asana in collaboration with another agency on an event campaign for a Fortune 500 client. It enabled us to timeline out the project, share with the wider team and list to-dos. It worked well as the project was a rush so we were able to highlight key areas that needed addressing quickly by the client.

The Asana tool has helped us to plan and assist the work teams by helping the team leaders to follow the progress of the work and works to improve the teamwork, which facilitates its organization. Through it, we were able to solve many problems, the most important of which are scheduling tasks and projects, following them up, and archiving them in a way that facilitates communication between members of the same team and between the different teams within the organization.
We use this to manage projects internally between teams and also within teams. It is an excellent tool to see and track the progress and see what is missing, who's the DRI, and where something is in the pipeline. It allows us to create multiple Sub-tasks under tasks. It also has great reminder tools. It is great for us to meet deadlines, and improve efficiency and accountability within the organization. The integrations listed in Asana are cool!

I love Asana!
Asana is our project management tool that we're using to keep track of our projects, tasks, and most of our strategic initiatives. It's used extensively by most of the company. Our Dev team still uses JIRA for running its sprints, however, marketing, operations, and business development all use Asana and it has helped us coordinate better and reduce lag time between departments.

Asana Will Keep Your Eyes on the Prize (or Project)
Asana is mainly used by the entire public affairs department, however, there are parts of Asana that are used by the entire organization (forms, accessing shared links, etc). Asana is a project management tool that [keeps] our creative teams on track of projects. My use of Asana is as a user on other people's projects. It makes it easy for me, as a stakeholder, to get updates and see where other groups are in the life of the project, and reduces the number of emails I need to send to the project manager - I can just take a look and see for myself how things are progressing and what tasks might be assigned to me.

Currently, Asana is used across the whole company to keep everyone informed of what other areas are working on, how are their timelines and progress, and also to create requests such as new hardware requirements, software access, or even updates on the payroll. Project Management made EasyPeazy
Asana was first introduced to me by a director of another functional area who had used it at a previous job and loved it. Since I was managing the requests for new application acquisition at that point, I got to try it out and see how it worked in action. Our Commercial Partners division currently uses Asana as their primary Project Management application. It is used to ensure that all project management tasks are aligned and everyone knows what they are assigned to accomplish for the said project.

Asana is a great free project management tool
A few of us at TLo use Asana as a project management tool to keep track of the projects and tasks for our current clients. Each person can track their individual to-dos, you can view all backlogged or in-flight tasks for a specific client, and you can communicate about all of the above inside the app.
