I started using Asana for every project I run. Slowly more people in our organization started using it and we are currently less than 200 people working on the premium account. Different departments use it on a daily basis for managing their teams / projects. This is a great tool that is simple to use and customize. I would like to see better integration with TFS / JIRA and Salesforce so existing tools can talk with each other.
  • Simple to use, no need for admin to customize your projects
  • Get in fast and collaborate easily
  • Interact with your email system for those who still ike to use it
  • Easily deploy across your ORG along with your customers
  • Free integrations with TFS / JIRA and Salesforce
  • Add features for the management team (Directors / VPs)
  • Improve defects and SCRUM management capabilities
Asana is suitable for:

  • Project management of remote teams
  • Custom ALM cycle
  • Cross ORG communication
