We use Ascentis recruiting as our main ATS to track applicants, requisitions, job descriptions, and offers. It is being used specifically in HR and the information is passed to the respective hiring manager that we are working with. The business problem it helps to address is maintaining records of applicants and requisitions opened.
  • All information housed in one system
  • Affordable access for all users in an organization
  • Ability to download bulk resumes individually
  • Moving candidates through the process
Ascentis Recruiting is well suited for a small company, or a company that is rolling out their very first ATS. The system is less appropriate for mid to larger sized companies; for users/companies that have had a robust ATS in the past. The system is very limited and is not user-friendly/intuitive. Customization for offer letters is difficult. The company nickel and dimes users on any additional buy-up.
