  • It's quite simple to use and navigate.
  • Never has restoration fallen short.

  • Customer Confidence. If Asigra backed it up, Asigra will restore it.
  • Asigra's agentless architecture means its much less labour intensive than agent-based alternatives because matching agent revisions with operating system levels, researching compatibility issues, and other labour intensive tasks are non-existent when using the Asigra solution. It's also much easier to support, with the usual risks of agent-based solutions greatly reduced.
  • The Asigra brand was a relatively unknown backup and data recovery solution even though it has been around for nearly 30 years. This is mainly due to Asigra not selling direct and instead using service providers. Asigra has remedied this over the last decade with strong marketing strategies, inclusion in the first and subsequent Gartner Magic Quadrant for enterprise backup software and integrated appliances along with a vast range of other strategies meaning Asigra has now become an established known solution in the market.

  • We view Asigra as having a positive impact on our business. Over the years we have supported many many different kinds of backup and recovery tools and most have too many holes to build your business around.
  • In any sales cycle you hate to be eliminated early on because you can't address a client's technical requirement. With Asigra this almost never happens which means you always make the short list and by then it's less about technology and more about the economics of a deal.
  • We use proof-of-concepts regularly during the sales cycle. As the Arigra technology is agentless we never really have to bother the client to install software on the target devices and no reboots are required. This makes getting the client up and running quickly very easy. Most software that we've used in the past just isn't built this way.

  • In Manged Services, you can quickly see ROI. Companies are becoming required to have offsite backups and they are understand this is not cheap. However, I think the MSP needs to have the correct infrastucture as they are now holding data. Asigra has ability to replicate data to another facility.
  • Simple offsite file restores are quick and easy.
  • Setting up customer backups are very easy. Initial seed process quite easy.
