Users have found that the Office@Hand platform has greatly simplified the process of connecting their team, making it a preferred choice for weekly conference calls. The compatibility with Outlook calendars allows for seamless integration and scheduling, enhancing productivity and collaboration. Additionally, the platform has been instrumental in saving costs by eliminating the need for traditional landlines and fax numbers, offering a more streamlined and cost-effective communication solution.

One of the key use cases of Office@Hand is its versatility in facilitating conference calls. Users appreciate the flexibility offered by this platform compared to other options available in the market. However, some users have reported occasional issues with echo during calls. Despite these isolated incidents, overall, the system has proven reliable for their business phone system needs.

Office@Hand also offers users the convenience of making calls from their computers or mobile phones using published business phone numbers separate from personal cell phone numbers. This feature enhances professionalism and ensures clear distinctions between personal and business communications.

While the system shows immense potential, there have been some drawbacks reported by users. These include higher than expected costs, limited options in the management portal, and a lack of voice-to-text functionality for voicemails. However, users continue to find value in the simple and easy-to-manage interface, which includes basic administration features and a single interface for managing information and billing.

Although Office@Hand has received positive feedback regarding its user-friendly design, some users have expressed frustrations with technical support responsiveness, slow video conferencing capabilities, and a lack of shared lines and simplified management for non-full service phone accounts. These limitations have led some users to consider alternative solutions once their contract with Office@Hand expires.

In summary, based on user experiences, Office@Hand is a versatile platform that excels at simplifying team connectivity while being compatible with popular software like Outlook. It offers cost-saving benefits by eliminating the need for traditional communication methods such as landlines and fax machines. While there are a few drawbacks reported by users, such as occasional echoing during calls and limited management options, the platform overall provides a reliable solution for business phone systems.

Useful call log and recordings: Some users have found the call log and recordings feature to be valuable for validating information, allowing them to easily reference past conversations and access important details.

Convenient accessibility on any device: Many users appreciate the convenience of being able to use the office@hand platform from anywhere and on any device. This flexibility allows them to stay connected and manage their business on the go.

Easily accessible all-in-one platform: Users like that everything they need is easily accessible on the office@hand platform, making it convenient for them to handle various tasks without having to switch between different tools or applications.

Limited access to older recordings: Some users have expressed frustration with the limited access to older recordings in Office @ Hand. They mention that they can only view back a month at a time, which may be inconvenient for those who need to retrieve past recordings or analyze historical data.

Lack of advanced features: Several reviewers have mentioned the lack of advanced features in Office @ Hand. Users feel that the software does not offer options such as voicemail-to-text or voicemail attachment to emails, which are commonly expected functionalities in modern communication systems.

Poor online account access: A common complaint among users is the poor online account access experience in Office @ Hand. Customers report that it is horrible and unreliable, and some have never been able to pay their bills online due to technical issues or system failures.

We Office at Hand for our business phone system. The "softphones" allow my staff to make calls from their computers, or from an app on their cell phones. The software allows us to have published business phone numbers that are not my staff's personal cell phone numbers. This system replaced a VOIP system with physical phones.
  • Receiving phone calls
  • Making phone calls
  • Customer service is NON EXISTENT
  • Setup was PAINFUL
  • Online account access is horrible, and most of the time doesn't work
  • As an admin of the system, I require 4 different logins to manage it
  • We've been on the system for 5 months, and I have NEVER been able to pay my bill online
  • Online account management just doesn't exists
If I could rate AT&T Office at Hand less than zero I would. Billing is a mystery. Forget about trying to manage your account through an online login. It took me WEEKS to even get one setup, and that required assistance from my original sales rep (whom we've never met.) Since we've been using this service, I get 2 emails a week from other AT&T sales reps trying to sell me the same service I've already bought. As an administrator and a user of the services we get from AT&T, I have to keep up with FOUR logins: My user login for my softphone My admin login to manage other softphone users My login to pay for our internet service to our office location My login to see invoices and manage the billing for Office at Hand -- THIS LOGIN HAS NEVER WORKED ONE SINGLE TIME When I've tried to call the number listed on my paper bill, I get routed to non-English speakers who have hung up on me 3 times. It would be convenient if I could set up automatic billing for Office At Hand online, but since the login never works, that's impossible. Also, now I don't trust anything about the system to give them my credit card or a bank routing number. My next bill is due in less than 10 days, and I still don't have the paper bill in my hand to reference the (always changing) amount so I can mail the check-in time. STAY AWAY. THIS SERVICE IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE. Sign up for Office At Hand if you want to waste HOURS doing simple tasks....like trying to pay your bill.
