It was easy to set up but took some time to get it working originally. I wish the SNMP templates were in the product when we purchased it, as it would have cut hours off our onboarding of clients.

The interface has improved significantly over the years. The latest version of the user interface is actually very informative and easy to use. There are a few things I've recommended to add to various dashboards, but they're not critical issues. I just think a little more information on the dashboard could save me from having to click into a device or contact and would speed up my overview/review process.

It's so simple to set up and use. I see a lot of information in the dashboard and can drill down to where I need it very quickly. I can create reports and export information easily to help keep my team and the customers up to date. I can ID issues and plan resolutions before they become major incidents.

I did find that Atera saved me quite a bit of time running around to individual devices and the server rooms to check for issues and manually patch the computers which were the primary reasons I was getting frustrated at.<br>Love the tool and would pitch it to the management later once again.

Deploying Atera in a new environment is very quick and easy (at least in a Microsoft-based environment). It easily discovers devices on the network and installs the client software. Remote access is built in and equally easy to use The time you save by automation is just unbelievable. Beware: You are going to have extra expenses on the coffee :)

Upon first use, I was able to dive right in and start impacting my customers. Automation has made it possible to manage more customers without having to hire more staff. The ability to onboard additional customers without augmenting staff has been a game-changer for growth. Atera is easy to use and their support engineers are prompt and always helpful.

It's very easy to use and if we have a question we can always get a hold of someone to answer us. We created a bunch of automated tasks and they also have a large selection of templates you can leverage. We are have saved a huge amount of time because of this.

Atera has reduced the amount of time we take to resolve end users' issues, The automated patch management and scheduled reporting are real-time savers. The main dashboard gives a quick overview of where things are at with all critical monitored devices and what help desk tickets need to be addressed. The navigation of the UI is simple and intuitive.

Atera has enabled us to manage 300 companies with 2500 devices without needing to [physically] go on-site for service calls as often. This has been especially useful during Covid-19. Automation has enabled us to focus more on bigger issues and not spend as much time on small tasks and monitoring since it does it in the background for us.

We have many clients and Atera makes it easy to have multiple templates for different clients. We have saved many users from drives going bad with alerts from Atera. Since it's easy to use and set up it saves us time with being able to move on to the next job.

Having used multiple system for RMM and support, we found that Atera checked the boxes for our needs in both the simplicity/ease of use, and a good tool set. Atera keeps everything a few logical clicks away, which makes it easy for our technicians to access the information they need and get right to work. A technician can create and install an agent from the dashboard without even needing to click into a customer profile, and the agent comes up in seconds, not minutes or hours like some other solutions. Additionally, Atera's remote view and support tools are low on resource usage and allow us to connect within the same organization on the same network, or to a client halfway round the world without issue.

As a new business it's user-friendliness allowed us to get up and running quickly and focus on other aspects of the startup without worrying about our RMM solution. The accounting integration is amazing as well allowing us to generate invoices efficiently, again allowing more time to focus on other tasks.

Menus are easy to browse. Settings are easy to find and articles for support are well written with clear screenshots. Administrative tasks are simple and straightforward. There are few things I've had any trouble finding and the user base support model has been great at guiding me in the right direction every time.

I'm still working out the automation. The realtime alerts are great, and Atera's update functions have worked when others have failed. Overall the system works very well, and while I need to get some of the automation set up still, the entire setup just works right out of the gate.

We have seen the benefit from both the agent side and the end-user side. From the end-user side having a simple tray Icon makes it easy for users to be able to reach out to support and receive an email confirmation of their ticket creation. Additionally, direct email to a support address can be done to create tickets in the event that the computer is completely down. From the agent side, we enjoy the ease with which devices are linked within the ticket structure with remote connect abilities at a mouse click. automated timers really made a difference in accurately managing an agent's time on a particular ticket as opposed to having to think back on how much time you spent on something this morning because you didn't close the ticket right away.

We already use Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection to monitor the devices and their security. It would be nice if Atera integrated with Microsoft. But Atera picks up where Microsoft left off. The built in remote access and the Realtime monitoring you get from Atera is a nice complement to what Microsoft offers.
