We use Attentive Mobile as our SMS marketing platform, and several clients have adopted it. We have built-in systems for email, social, and search, but Attentive Mobile came in as a great third-party for us to enable SMS campaigns. A couple of our marketing team members manage the accounts for our clients.

Attentive Mobile is great for those who actively want to build and talk to their community. The goal is to send two messages per week to optimize revenue while balancing out unsubscribes. If a client has trouble with content or finding appropriate marketing messages to send, Attentive Mobile might not be a good fit.

I think attentive is great if you're aiming to grow you business and know that SMS is right for your customers. I believe that it is a costly investment but the return is great!
Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.
