This tool is helpful when it comes to creating outstanding customer journeys and optimizing revenue. Allows customer journeys to be optimized faster. Manifest and emphasize what is essential information with a visual context in all digital user interactions. As part of our ongoing website optimization efforts, this is useful for tracking custom events.
  • It is ideal for tracking user behavior and engagement.
  • It helps discover what works and what doesn't, as well as what can be improved.
  • It is a fantastic tool to discover where and why our consumers are having problems.
  • Despite the fact that Auryc's team is always training and guiding you through everything, there is a learning curve for novices.
The session recording tool in Auryc is one of its most useful features, as it allows you to filter by particular time frames and traits to find people who participated in a design experiment and see how they interact with new content. It's worth noting that Auryc's funnel analysis makes it easy and clear for stakeholders to see where conversion rates are falling. We can also quickly design pop-up exit questionnaires and collect your own data.
  • Auryc helps with site performance, checkout, landing page optimization, blog updates, and customer service and NPS, among other things.
  • We have options for backtracking events if we don't configure tracking for a particular event.
  • It's great for recording sessions and seeing how users interact with the website.
  • Through funnel views, stakeholders can see churn and optimization goals.
Auryc provides an easily accessible customer support team that is quick to answer queries or provide installation assistance via email and online documentation. It is also well optimized, with quick results when analyzing large and medium data sets, not without first ignoring that allows integration with a variety of third-party alternatives.

Auryc is the primary tool for the company to track user behavior, validate use cases and identify both potential bugs and areas of opportunity. Once our team was able to understand the tool, it was very helpful to observe specific trends. And we had a dedicated account manager who was always supportive when we had questions along the way. As a Sr. UX Designer, I would go into Auryc to watch unmoderated users click through our app, observe areas where there were clicking, track rage clicks, and heatmap the pages so I could optimize our comps.
  • Heat mapping.
  • User Flows.
  • Video Recording.
  • Reporting.
  • Linking with dynamic elements so that tracking universal components doesn't require additional engineering effort.
  • Onboarding new users.
Our team did not have a dedicated person in-house who focused on building reports and analyzing user behavior. Although the platform is very good at allowing us to watch individual users and find general trends and user flows, I wish it was easier to generate automated reports that would provide regular insights or recommendations.
  • Video sessions.
  • High level behavioral statistics and analytics.
  • Heat mapping.
  • I'm not sure what tangible benefit Auryc provided other than some validation of flows.
  • Insights on error handing and supporting us to improve the experience.
  • The platform did help us focus our effort on the breakpoints that had the most impact on our bottom line.

We use the tool to monitor user engagement and behaviour by setting up events through the tool. The tool helps us understand the level of interaction the users have with our product and what works for the user & does not work and what could potentially be better for them.
  • The tool provides actionable insights with ease.
  • The report summary and the recorded user sessions are great.
  • The support team is also very responsive and helpful.
  • Nothing that I dislike in specific.
  • However, it would be nice to have better and exhaustive support guides/user manuals to help create custom reports and use the tool more effecively.
  • The dashboard could be slightly better as too much data can be overwhelming at times.

  • Check if the user gets stuck anywhere.
  • Recorded sessions are great.

I use Auryc for the feedback section and screen recording. If someone leaves feedback that requires customer support we will reach out to help. We use the screen recordings to see if something on the site is not working properly. We also you the heatmaps to see the customers' journey and if the site needs to be improved to increase revenue.
  • Feedback collection.
  • Screen recordings for trouble shooting.
  • Heatmaps.
  • Clean reporting.
Auryc is well suited for feedback, tracking NPS, heatmaps, troubleshooting the website.
  • Feedback.
  • Screen recordings.
  • Heat maps.
  • The voice of the customer section has been great in assisting with customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • The Behavior sessions have been great when IT needs to troubleshoot something on the website and they can't recreate the issue.
  • Auryc has been great at showing site speed spikes to determine what might be causing it.
Auryc has a lot more features than Hotjar. The screen recordings have been great which Hotjar didn't have. Hotjar didn't track the site speed spikes or the NPS score.
