I think yall focused more on pretty graphics than actually ensuring things were being patched- even with the built in OS and 3rd party systems that Automox has on hand were still hit or miss as to whether or not a computer received the needed updates. In my experience, there was no discernable pattern as to which computers failed or why or how to keep it from happening.

It is very easy to use. The package deployment is straight forward if you have even a little PowerShell knowledge. The reporting is very easy to use. The community behind it is great for asking questions, downloading working commands, and the support in general is very responsive.

This has made things simpler as we can identify endpoints having issues with patching/updating. Ease of management and bringing them back into the correct level/update

After using a combination of WSUS and group policy to manage patching on a large number of devices, it was excellent to move to a single-pane experience where patch policies, restart schedules, reports, and device status can be seen easily and quickly. Its pre-patch report on policies is particularly handy so you can check if devices will take the appropriate action before it's run.

Automox has a great ability to gain visibility for the endpoint deployment and patch management but as per the current version there is lot of improvement. Multiple user cannot access multiple system at a time which looses the functionality of generic remote access. Also the need of automation for the deployment and patch management can improve in future.

The Automox console makes it easy to see what devices require patching, and quickly deploy anything that's needed. When there is an instance where Auomox hasn't automatically patched a particular machine, we can quickly figure out why and correct the situation to make sure we're fully convered.

I could not agree more on how easy it has been to gain visibility and take action on their endpoints through a single console. When we got Automox we were only thinking end user clients, but my server team loves it like crazy as it has made their scheduled patching go so fast and smooth once they have harvested and queued the patches to install. The overall UI and dashboarding that Automox provides is very useful and easy to use and report out of.

With Automox, we have better visibility into the status of our devices, no matter where they are. we can take quick action to ensure they're properly patched and compliant. Automox also gives us the flexibility to customize settings to fit your unique environment. Being cloud-based, Automox removes the hassle of dealing with on-premise infrastructure.

Automox is a flexible and scalable solution that comes with great customer success managers and services. It is a simple yet powerful way to keep our server and end-user operating systems up to date. It's great that most of our third-party applications are also updated automatically with very little intervention required.

Automox makes it easy to see the patch status of devices, and to take remediation actions if necessary.

Although there is functionality to import vulnerability scan information into Automox, the process could be made simpler. I expect this aspect to improve over time, and as it does, I would lift my rating of 8 to a 9 or 10.

Automox has a much better interface than other products we have used in this category. It is easy to find a specific computer or assign policies to a group of computers.

Automox is very user friendly, particularly given its SaaS architecture that is responsive to user feedback and has a very regular update cadence that introduces new functionality often. There have been more than a few times I’ve provided constructive feedback to the Automox team and had them integrate that feedback into a future release.

Its super easy to learn. It has a few key menus to list Devices, Software, Manage, and Reports. Once you learn how to use their filters its easy to find what you need. Most of their functionality runs on scripting. Namely PowerShell, Bash, Shell and Python.

I think this application has promise if they can get back on track. Its interface is less clunky than some of its competitors, but the lack of resolution on issues since the implementation is troubling.
