  • In a year of pandemic and the burdens placed on the healthcare system, Auzmor Learn allowed us to maintain our mission as it pertains to education, and assisted many EMS providers in meeting their recertification requirements when more traditional options were no longer available.
  • Having this system in place has allowed our organization to continue instructor level training, which in turn allows life-saving education to continue within our communities.
  • The features built into the system allows the quality assurance needed to ensure that our learners are meeting the minimum objectives needed for course completion.
  • We have not have any perceived negative impact from integrating Auzmor Learn into our training methodologies.

Pros

  • Assessments can now easily be uploaded in bulk using a CSV template.
  • Successful assessment submission(s) from a learner will trigger a notification to their respective manager/instructor/admin who assigned the training to them.
  • We can create a lesson through video formats, documents, embedding links, YouTube & Vimeo.
  • It can create and track our live training both classroom and online.
  • The course is publicly accessible with public weblink.

  • There can be a survey option by the end of every course.
  • The usability can be improved.

Pros

  • Tracking: Auzmor allows you to track training in real-time with a few simple mouse clicks.
  • Events: Events allow you to create and track live training. Employees are able to log in and sign up for the events they can attend with a few simple mouse clicks.
  • Reports: Auzmor allows you to run and schedule detailed progress reports on employees, teams, and organization-wide.
  • Digital File Storage: Auzmor allows you to upload employee training documentation that was originally in paper format. You can do this on an individual level or on a team level.
  • Teams: Auzmor allows you to break your employees down into teams. This means you can assign certain training to certain teams if you don't want them going to the entire organization. Teams can be assigned Managers who are then able to assign and track training to their specific team.
