In this software, not more than 20 attachments are forwarded at a time which should be increased
You get only those options that you have been purchased and in a basic package,
Not all options are open for use.

So as a large enterprise if you are facing the problem of keeping new hires or applicants data then you should try this software because it stores all the data and is also helpful in the future when you need any previous applicant data.
I prefer however there don't seem to be several whistles and bells, therefore it simply makes it easier to navigate and it doesn't take Maine long to search out what I need.
I conjointly just like the stigmatization and company-specific photos throughout the site. It makes it feel way more customized.

Like ATS, Avature CRM is used by the recruitment and selection departments in the organization. We are using Avature CRM as a database for sourced candidates, events, etc. and then having them apply to specific roles as needed. Great tool to house all of our sourced candidates.

Easy to use. Tagging of candidates' skills works great too.
Easy to search, add data on a candidate, not cumbersome at all.
Use of Portals is great for events.

Some of the better parts of the CRM system must be purchased.
Reporting could be easier/better, kind of cumbersome to run a report.

We are able to find candidates we have spoken to in the past much easier/quicker.
Sharing talent across the organization and locations has greatly improved.
Not the best reporting capabilities or automatically generated reports.

Avature CRM is used across several countries and is supposed to replace the old legacy system.
