  • While we are just beginning to utilize the solutions, we have already seen an overall improvement in the time we are saving for scheduling and accessing Zoom meetings.
  • Audio and visual quality on new solution is 10x better than previous hardware.
  • Attendees who have joined virtually have commented on the quality of the connection and we have experienced no lags or buffering. A significant improvement from our previous solution!

  • Due to the issues we experienced with the Teams Meeting Room upgrade in the Executive Conference Room, several meetings experienced technical issues, causing senior leadership to lose faith in the technical capabilities.
  • A planned Teams Meeting Room upgrade in the largest conference room is now on hold and the vendor selection is being re-evaluated.

  • With the contract we have, we can use AVI-SPL when needed and it is easy enough to schedule a tech to come out. As for ROI, I am not in a position to say whether that has saved us money in the long run but with the amount of times we call them out I am sure we are getting our money worth.
  • They were able to provide a video conferencing solution that fits our needs. We are now able to host video conferences in these rooms and when the tech works it works well.

  • Prices of AVI-SPL services are higher than most of the local companies so we are paying more for the AVI-SPL services
  • Same time in most of the cases where we have chose local companies we have spent hours to fixing problems so. Most of the time AVI-SPL services are with no issues

  • Digital signage has value in displaying financial material and community info - when it works ..
  • Digital signage provides no value when the screens are black - including negative customer comments - which poor installation quality has yielded in several locations

  • The digital signage project has been a great success for our patients, as we deliver location-relevant information to them as they wait in our lobbies.
  • The conference room scheduling displays they installed outside our conference rooms have dramatically reduced double-bookings and making employees have to dig through multiple Outlook calendars to see when or if a room is available.
