We are using Azuga across our organization to track locations, vehicle usage, and driver safety. Our drivers' safe driving habits have gotten considerably better since implementation. By installing the units and tracking performance we have also recognized additional discounting in our automobile insurance rates. In the past 6 months, we have had zero at-fault accidents which we believe is due to better driver habits in regards to speeding, hard cornering, hard braking, and rapid acceleration.

  • The desktop software is very easy to use.
  • The reports available in the system are easy to generate and easy to read.
  • We have had some vehicles lose tracking in certain areas of the state where coverage is weak.
Azuga Fleet is good for small or large companies alike. A very effective way to track the fleet and drivers.

We use Azuga Fleet in all of our 175 fleet vehicles. We are a human services organization with a large bus operation. We monitor the employees' driving behavior and use to assist us with route problems.

  • It is difficult to select one vehicle to look at--you need to oftentimes go through and unselect other vehicles
  • Reporting is excellent, but I would like to see some more canned reports
I really have no complaints with Azuga Fleet. The product is very user friendly and has been excellent in protecting our drivers and employees. The ability to easily get a speed report has helped us identify false claims of our drivers speeding. It is less appropriate in school busses because it does not tie in with the stop arm. We have also had some trouble installing in our wheelchair busses and need to get customer service involved for those installations.

Azuga Fleet is much more user friendly. The information is the same, but Azuga Fleet delivers that information in a much easier and more logical way. The reporting functionality of Azuga Fleet is so much better than GeoTab--easier to access, easier to read, and just better overall. The only feature that GeoTab has is the school bus capability. But, it is also a much more difficult install. For the majority of our vehicles, the easy plugin install of Azuga Fleet is all we need.

At Hobart Service, we use Azuga Fleet for all of our fleet vehicles for the GPS function. In my district, [Azuga Fleet] has given me the ability to constantly see real-time locations of our vehicles and our technicians. I use the bread crumb report to track our technician's movement throughout the day and to make sure it matches their timesheets.

  • Azuga could have a better alert system and report for start time for each vehicle
  • Azuga could have more location and vehicle logo/picture options
Azgua [Fleet] is great to track vehicle locations for dispatching the closet tech to a job and also to be aware of their location to communicate to customers on their expected time to arrive.

Azuga Fleet is used to confirming that our employees are on time to their appointments, vehicle maintenance, if our employees are speeding, idling too long, the vehicle is low on gas or tires need air. Also, give us the location of our vehicles for emergency Dispatching.

Azuga Fleet is excellent for real-time feedback- location of vehicles, how long they have been idle, low tires & gas, hard braking, speeding, etc.

  • Azuga Fleet has helped us address unsafe driving habits with employees.
  • Azuga Fleet has helped us keep up on vehicle maintenance in a timely fashion.

If/when we have an issue, they have been very timely in assisting us.
