Users can identify key terms and phrases, understand sentiments, and build conversational interfaces into applications. Annotate, train, evaluate, and deploy customizable models without machine-learning expertise.

Customization of multilingual models for a domain
Identify entities or tailor text classification to the organization's needs. Train domain-specific keywords in one language and use them in other languages without retraining. Machine-learning expertise isn't required.

Accelerate development with language studio
Rapidly deploy models using language studio. Annotate by highlighting words in a sample documents. Evaluate with built-in quantitative measurements, like precision and recall. Manage model deployments with a user-friendly dashboard.

Identifying important concepts

We had a large amount of physical data that needed transferring into a database, into csv format and to analyse the responses and to report in a manner that could be transferred to a geospatial map. We looked to Azure to create a system that would make this an automated process and allow us to gather the data we needed quickly and correctly with the limited resources that we had.
  • Recognised handwriting
  • recorded data such as names, addresses
  • converted information into a dataset that could be incorporated into many of our systems
  • It took a while to understand how to use, better user guidance
  • It didn't work on all of our programmes but was good with MS products
  • Setting up forms for recognition requires time and patience
We thought that the language recognition and recording would be ideal for our needs. We did a lot of set up and testing but eventually decided to take another route as we were up against tight deadlines and limited skilled resource for the task. Had we had more time and the project was longer we would have pursued with using the product as it would definitely have been a useful. The experience gained was useful and we will keep the product in mind for the future.

We haven't used other products. Our experience with Azure, whilst not meeting our needs this time around, was positive, educational and insightful. This was the first time that we had considered using an AI tool to manage and manipulate our data and we were unsure of the capabilities.

We are a tech company and the application helps in analyzing various kinds of data in form of text in simple ways. It helps building web based applications in easy way. This application can get connected to your data sources and can extract and classify complex text in simpler formats which are easy to understand.
  • The data is pre configured that means the AI models that are used by features are not customizable. One needs to send data and have to use the output of the feature in our application
  • Availability of customizations in order to adjust some specific requirements
  • Availability of Language studio so that one can avoid coding
  • The application is hard to use for new users
  • Data Integration is complex in nature
  • For Mid - sized organizations, the pricing is on higher end
Best suited for large organizations, availability of usage of more than one language in a specific API call.
Moderately suited for small and mid sized organizations as the pricing is on a higher end.
