We are only using it to view protected print files for customers. We did not implement this, our customer did. <br>We have had issues with not being able to print protected files. But, I believe that was on the customer's side and they were able to take care of the issues quickly.
  • Keeps anyone from accessing files.
  • Can keep anyone from printing files
  • It would be nice to see this implemented already in Window and not have to install any viewers, or plugins for exsisting programs.
I can see using this on prints that are highly confidential. But, for everyday files, it might be overkill.
  • Keeps files secure from people who should not have access.
