Great HR Platform All Around
- Robust hiring component that automatically sends job postings to various websites.
- Performance review tracking and storage, plus separate goals section.
- Built-in payroll component that feeds directly from BambooHR components.
- Some additional personalization options by company would be nice. There are some customizations you can do, but there are a lot of additional customizations that would be nice to be able to do.
- Reporting is a little limited in date ranges and how you report - would prefer to be able to select individual employee names vs. having to choose from department or reporting manager.

- Better transition from ATS to employee (complete transfer of documents & communication).
Satisfied BambooHR User!
- Customer Service - The customer service is consistent and the team is always eager to help. They are polite, patient, and there are never terrible interactions.
- Communication - BambooHR communication channels are simple. There are many different ways to communicate with the team. I prefer e-mail because it helps me keep track of the conversations and they respond within the appropriate time. Also, the e-mail reminders or notifications help tremendously and it's not overbearing.
- User Interface - It's simple and easy to use!
- Integration - I would love to see more integration with certain timekeeping systems that will automatically import approved hours to TRAXPayroll. This would cut down on having to manually keying hours.
- Creating more system items that fit the restaurant industry, such as workforce scheduling and forecasting. This is probably a huge ask and doesn't fit the platform, but it would help keep and attract more businesses as it relates to being a "one-stop" program.
- Keeping the cost as low as possible will help small businesses continue. With the cost of inflation, it would be helpful for companies to have as much customization as possible to eliminate or only pay for things you need.

- We have unlimited PTO but it still don't understand why it will say you're OOO over the weekends.

- Intuitive - easy to find things and make changes.
- Have a more robust report builder that has all the data as a filter.
- Not all reports are able to be downloaded in different formats. I would prefer, csv, excel and PDF for all.
- More options in the report builder to be able to customize your own reports instead of having to pay at least $200 for a simple report.
I'm not sure how it would work for a very large org.
