- Easy to use / access
- Cloud computing / sharing between users.
- Fast transfer
- More software available
- Could load faster

- Workers can work from anywhere, home or office, as long as they have a good internet connection.
- Workers don't need to carry top of the line work stations everywhere. Office can buy mid grade laptops to run high end software over cloud.
Both are very useful VMware and have their list of software available.
