Basic product good, automation product lacking
- For deprovisioning users, the product works as expected with some performance hiccups, but it streamlines our manual processes.
- Workflow automations at this point do not seem like a product worth purchasing as it will require more work on our end to get automations to do what we want them to, which defeats the purpose of automations.

BetterCloud - If your budget is there, this is your must have tool to automate IT Operations
- Positive ROI. We saved a lot of time automating day-to-day processes which in turn resulted in saving money
- Man hours saved is exponential
- Time saved from account creation to completed setup and use, usually cutting the time down by days.
- Alerts for sensitive information being shared allows us to protect data rapid and craete more intuitive controls.

- Positive impact. It's expensive, but it's worth it. More like: we have no better alternative since Google Admin Console is missing so many features.

BetterCloud really lives up to the name.
- BetterCloud has allowed admins to spend less time responding to requests, onboarding/offboarding, and investigating. This has freed them up to spend more time on new developments.
- Our developers now spend less time building internal applications and bridge scripts that are meant to tie multiple SaaS platforms together. BetterCloud has provided a central platform by which we can automate many of our common tasks.

BetterCloud: leveling up your SaaS Administration.
- Data monitoring: previously unavailable insight into our organization’s file-sharing habits and documents.
- Granular roles: ability to set least-access permissions. And really, truly granular unlike some other applications.
- Automation: we’ve already saved dozens of man hours using workflows. Gives us time to focus on things that matter without compromising common tasks.
