Big Biller is a cloud-based ATS developed by Top Echelon Networking, Inc in Canton, Ohio.This product offers an adequate suite of features typical of applicant tracking systems: a user-friendly interface and mobile integration, batch or mass communication with potential candidates via multiple channels such as email or by leveraging its integration with social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn), a workflow pipeline, posting to multiple job boards and a customizable career page via integration with the Hiring Hook website design service, resume and email parsing. Big Biller is touted as a low cost product for smaller companies; its cost therefore is unsurprisingly quite low compared to other ATS platforms.   • Faster lead conversion - we were quickly and easily able to see what recruits were successfully progressing and those that weren't. From there we could make faster more educated decisions on who should continue through the process and who should be dismissed.
  • Customer service - because we were able to see where each candidate was in the process clearly, at any given time, it reduced the risk of confusing one candidate with the other and allowed us to be more efficient with our time.

  • Sometimes Big Biller doesn't produce the necessary results desired but that could be because the database doesn't have enough relevant candidates.
  • Big Biller has been a good resource in finding candidates quickly and they can get back to you quickly because they get an email with a job description immediately.
  • Sometimes Big Biller doesn't have enough room to put in a lengthy Boolean search so you can't narrow down your search enough.
