Sometimes it takes awhile and if it's not noticed by others, you have to keep asking.
Last year we had a percentage off our site:20% off. We then wanted to add an additional 10% Off coupon, I believe. The software wanted to add the two together and give 30% Off, but if you are in retail, you know that first you take 20% Off and then you take 10% more off the reduced total. It's not a 30% off discount.

A bug we uncovered related to tax settings in the checkout. It turns out that it was a huge issue, and went unresolved for 2 months. This was because it affected multiple endpoints of the API and system of BigCommerce. I was kept up to date throughout the process, so while it was an inconvenience to customers, I did feel like it was getting resolved despite the lengthy timescale.

Owing to the complex nature of the open platform and our custom integration work, occasionally our developers may uncover bugs which need escalating - any platform that says they do not is not being honest! This has always been resolved quickly and efficiently, with both teams working towards a common goal.

Why we wouldn't move from BigCommerce

Not sure if it was a bug but it was an issue that caused a problem for us with extra discounts being allowed where not applicable - it has sort of been resolved after a few months with an updated feature being added to the system but this is not the best solution for our business and I have let the team know so perhaps it will be looked into a bit further.
