There is great potential in the open APIs and I've seen incredible things done with them. In my opinion, it's a great system and really competes. However, I'm a bit disgruntled that there are simple tasks that other platforms make easy to take care of through the online editor that BC really …

Over the 2 years we've been using BigCommerce we've realized the power of their open APIs and made increasing use of them - initially it was just to call the products so we can show BigCommerce products and pricing on our CMS site, but recently we've begun the transition to a headless store and …

Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

I used to work with Web.com and the support was horrendous and incorrect. With Big C I get an American who can speak well with me and I get one quickly when I call. They are courteous and work diligently to help me resolve my issue. Not every issue is resolved exactly as I'd like, but I'm impressed because they are really, truly trying.

As a small family business, we simply could not afford to pay anyone to build and maintain a site for us. Without the patient and kind support I received when I asked nothing but dumb questions, I would have given up on this project years ago. Love that crew!

Because they are always there no matter how simple or complex the question is, if they don't know the answer they don't fake it and just make you go away feeling frustrated.. they get you to someone that does know the answer. I always appreciate their help and their honesty!

I have used the online support feature MANY times and also the call in service. I have had positive outcomes each and every time, We do not have an internet technically minded person in our small business and avoid this extra cost as I know the BC support team fills that role for us. I have had numerous issues that have been resolved very professionally and often patiently if I ask many questions, which I think I tend to do due to my marketing background vs a technical background. Thanks BC support team - I know you have my back!!

I've been impressed with them since I ran a competitors' trial against BigCommerce when first researching them, and have since used them for over 5 years and have never been disappointed, but always consistently happy with the level of excellent and helpful service and the drive to resolve my issue before I hang up.
