BigPanda is an AIOps-powered platform designed to enable IT Ops teams to process thousands of monitoring alerts into meaningful incidents, insights and actions. The tool's primary feature is its Event Correlation which significantly reduces the amount of IT noise and detects incidents as they happen in real-time. This provides valuable assistance to IT Operations, NOC, and DevOps SRE teams by allowing them to stay ahead of problems before they become major issues.
BigPanda also includes Root Cause Analysis that combines change and topology data. This helps users identify the cause of any incident faster thus reducing finger-pointing, war room calls or resolution cycles. Additionally, Machine Learning capabilities are used to analyze all incidents against changes occurring in real-time so that likely factors causing an outage can be surfaced quickly.
