The software's UI/UX is excellent, well-organized, and straightforward, making it easy to pick up and cross-train.

Bindo POS has fantastic customer support that offers timely responses to issues. The software enables sales performance summary, making it easier to monitor business performance. Its streamlined POS is easy to learn and use, making sales more accessible and quicker, especially during busy periods. This feature ensures that employees can quickly learn how to operate the system without significant training time from management. Additionally, the software does not require a full computer system purchase to run in stores, making it a great value for the cost and features. 

However, the software has problems with printer connectivity, especially the Bluetooth printer. It also has glitches that cause crashes resulting in losing sales. Also, while customer service is helpful when fixing issues with the product, they do not answer phone calls over weekends and sometimes do not have answers to users' questions. Finally, some functionality that Bindo POS claims to have does not function reliably, which leads to issues with functionality leading to challenges managing specific business processes.
