We are a small Self Storage Company comprised of less than 25 employees. Birdeye helps us manage our online reputation in a lot of ways that saves us time. From providing us an all in one platform to see reviews and review requests to automatically sending them to tenants after they move out - its saves this small business a lot of time.

I genuinely couldn't think of a better platform for our online reputation needs. Birdeye just fits so perfectly with our processes in the self storage industry and with the systems we use. For example, there's been a lot of times where tenants moved out and had a great experience and have expressed a desire to tell management how good of a job we are doing. It's nice to be able to follow that up with Birdeye and provide them a link where they can leave a review - instead of telling me where they can and have them jump through hoops to do it.

I use Birdeye daily for all of my clients that I work with! While working with over 100 clients, Birdeye is fantastic for keeping track of any negative reviews that come in so that the business owner can respond quickly in a professional manner, as well as leave responses to all the positive feedback that a business receives. The ease of use for sending out review requests from a marketing standpoint as well as from a consumer standpoint is untouchable.

We use Birdeye for online reputation management. Birdeye is able to consolidate all of our multiple locations and providers into 1 database so it is much easier to respond to all the reviews and inbox messages that come in. Birdeye is able to save our organization time by allowing us to view all of the reviews and messages in 1 place rather than having to view each listing on each platform individually.

We use Birdeye to help with our online reputation, chatbots and reviews. After getting onboarded, we hit the ground running. We immediately noticed an increase in communication from our website and Facebook. With Birdeye's support, we were able to quickly respond to employees, potential customers and current clients. The tools aren't cheap but they have seemed worth the cost.

If you are in need of increased client or employee reviews, Birdeye is a great resource. Not only will they set you up with the service, they will help you execute on the plan. They will keep you accountable to using the service and executing the plan as well. Chatbots are good as well but there are cheaper services now.

I use Birdeye daily for my clients for listings management and reputation management. But there are even more features that I will likely use in the future. Birdeye is the only reputation management that works well with medical and dental software systems. Highly recommend!

Tried to use it for reputation management and local listings. Had many issues using their services for our clients and asked several times to be let out of our 1-year contract early. They worked with us only after our contract ended to make things right. I hope in the future they are more responsive to customer complaints and concerns ahead of time, and I hope they implement some of our many points of feedback to make their products more useable.

I use it for reputation management. Especially when negative reviews come in, Birdeye is great about notifying me right away, which allows me to notify the business right away. I also love recommending the QR codes and sharing reviews on social media platforms and the Google My Business page. Another cool feature I like to use is AI features throughout the software.

We used Birdeye to manager reviews. We were going to use it for referral management, but that became too complicated.

  • I think they are very good at selling you their product
The contract states that it is 12 months. Ok fine. However- it auto renews and, in my experience, they won't let you cancel until the next 12 months. I think it's worse than a big box gym membership. And guess what?? In my opinion, it's a total scam because once everything is set up in Birdeye (which I did btw- not them), it's set and forget. Meaning- they are doing nothing to contribute to the value of their initial offering. Which is fine- but don't keep me hostage to some insane contract.

We use Birdeye mainly for automated review responding. We're able to creat custom response templates and have them trigger based off specific ratings and/or platforms. Being able to do this has saved my team countless hours of time logging into all the different profiles we manage and responding to reviews manually.

We currently use Birdeye for work order follow-up/reputation management and resident retention. It allows us to dive into how satisfied residents are after receiving services from us. We are able to call residents back and address any issues they may have encountered with maintenance during work orders being completed.

We are able to get detailed reviews sent back to us from residents who have closed work orders for that week. We are able to reply back to either email or phone. I would like it if we were able to receive a response back after we reach back out through Birdeye.

A great platform that started as a review company that has morphed into a full-blown customer retention, customer acquisition, and retention platform. Would not leave home without them!

My company works with 1000s of businesses and we utilize Birdeye's software to ensure that we are successfully managing their reputations online and helping them to increase their ratings across review platforms. I work with around 100 clients myself and they are all thrilled with the results they get through integration with Birdeye. One of my favorite features is the ability to create templates for automatic replies to customers. This helps us to engage with our clients' reviews whether they are positive or negative. I highly recommend Birdeye!

I use Birdeye to send out review requests for several clients. We use Birdeye to get our clients' legitimate, 5-star reviews so that we can improve their online presence. I use it on a daily basis with 50-75 clients. Some of my clients are integrated, some of my clients use QR codes, and some of my clients send me client lists.

I think Birdeye is great for businesses that use a CRM system that is able to integrate with Birdeye so that clients are automatically pulled into Birdeye and sent review requests. I would also say this is more suited for businesses that see multiple customers and clients weekly versus businesses that maybe only have one or two clients a month. Ex: Dentist offices get great returns, but contractors/real estate agents may not be as great.

I use Birdeye on behalf of my small business clients to gain reviews! The purpose for using Birdeye for my clients is not only to gain reviews, but to gain good reviews as well. The more reviews my client obtain, the higher they will rank on Google. Birdeye is a key component into helping my clients grow their small businesses!

I use Birdeye for about 100 of my clients. We use it mainly to get feedback from their customers. We have some insanely successful campaigns through Birdeye that have helped improve my client's SEO immensely. We also use it to reply to reviews. It adds a personal touch to their Google page and Birdeye makes it really easy to come up with responses and rotate through them. It saves my clients a ton of time.

I have clients who say they are too busy to sent review requests to their customers but they would get so much feedback if they did. The integration feature is by far the greatest thing they offer.

We white label Birdeye's Review Management platform to clients in Home Service industries like roofing, plumbing, HVAC, fencing, etc. We use their platform with 4 current clients, and we have fluctuated between 4 - 14 clients on the account at any given time. We have been using Birdeye since 2019. Our clients log into their client profiles, and we help guide them or perform review management services on their behalf.

Birdeye is great if you are looking for a platform that can provide an all-in-one solution for review management, social posting, maintaining your online reputation, and a few other programs. I think Birdeye could use improvement on making sure reviews that are generated show up on the Google Business Profile every time, and support could help better solve issues like this when they come up. You may get a revolving door of Birdeye Support → Google Support → Birdeye Support... In my experience, both support teams will claim it's the other one while neither solves your problem or gives you anything beyond "we'll look into it."

We joined Birdeye as a strategic partner 12 months ago. We work on a lot of review removal requests so this paired up well with that service offering. We use Birdeye for all of our review management clients, for organic outreach and responses, as well as for directory listing updates and client surveys.

since we are a reseller, the number of people I would get this granular with is pretty limited since I would just highlight wat they can do with our firm. That said, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering them versus one of the other technology providers in the same space. I have used other tools in the space prior and while the technology is pretty much the same everywhere, Birdeye's customer support is the very best

I use Birdeye for Social Media Reputation Management. They helped us raise our rating on Google from 2.1 to 3.1
I also use Birdeye for Mass Messaging (Text/Email) and for Survey and Reviews.
Also for answering question with Live chat and Chat bot for auto response with our FAQ.
