- In my experience, they were very responsive during implementation.

- Sales staff is very good and communicative and English as a first language. The implementation staff... not so much. I found it very challenging communicating with that team.
- In my opinion, the contract is outrageous. 12 months- ok fine. But then they auto renew for 12 months and, in my experience, won't let you out.

- If you could selectively add feedback from your direct feedback feature to your Birdeye microsite that would be helpful. Perhaps they could add an optional star rating to the direct feedback so that google could consider it for SEO
- Price is always a factor for us. It is expensive but they do also have better prices than other reputation management systems.
- The reporting on your customer experience results does not show a combined text and email result. You have to look at them separately. It would be much more convenient if there was also a combined report.
