Online Express: a great addition to our company
- Online Express has been a big boost in our online donations. We previously used Blackbaud's NetCommunity and found Online Express to be a big improvement.
- Unfortunately, by switching to Online Express we lost the ability to have our users sign up to receive different e-mail communications. We are hoping this feature is eventually included with Online Express.

A Solid product for not for profits, but if you don't use Raiser's Edge, look elsewhere
- The development team spends less time verifying constituent info for marketing campaigns, since Blackbaud Online Express is integrated with Raiser's Edge, leaving them more time to focus on personalized appeals and grant opportunities.
- New staff is generally brought up to speed on the platform more quickly than with comparable products.

- Our monthly membership program has seen an increase due to a more consistent email marketing campaigns through Blackbaud Online Express.
- We also have seen better engagement with our direct mail campaigns because our email marketing is now able to supplement the direct mail.
- I feel like we have a better understanding of our members and our interactions with them due to Blackbaud Online Express's ability to track interaction.

Online Express: A Long Way to Go to Catch Constant Contact
- It is difficult to tell. We making the transition from Constant Contact to online express in August. Our end of year fundraising is about to start. We expect it will make it easier to track our donors' and members' actions, which is why we bought into it.
