User-friendly software for fundraisers
I tend to aim for self-reliance and only reach out when an issue disrupts my work and I cannot fix it. I actually looked back at old cases to see if something jogged my memory, and nothing. So while I want to answer this, I am unable to.

Best CRM for non-profits, but needs improvements
I can not, unfortunately. Customer service is usually a hard point.

NXT - an intuitive & accessible donor database / CRM
Our team was stymied when the system went down; our Blackbaud support person was able to create a work-around so we could access the needed information by restoring a previous version of our data that was only a bit out of date.

RENXT moved us to the next level of Fundraising
They provided exceptional support when I explained that the analyze function would be useless to me unless I was able to include the gift type of sold stock. They fixed that really quickly and I appreciate that.

Go Get the Dough
When we purchased Raiser's Edge. The support team assigned to us walk through every aspect of the product set-up. We even had a request to adjust some of the attribute conversions and they provided the support to make these changes without extra charges.

A Review of RE NXT
They were great with setting things up with us, and very responsive at this point. It's more so the larger limitations of the programs and the clunkiness, particularly of RE7 that makes it quite difficult to use. The programs have not been updated as quickly as I would have assumed them to be.
Support is always very helpful, even when you have odd-ball questions. The support reps are often out-of-the-box thinkers trying to help you get the results you need for your org.
Payroll is very important to all of us so when the numbers weren't working Blackbaud stayed right with us until we were satisfied with the results.

Raiser's Edge NXT Review
During our initial data migration from a previous version of Raiser's Edge, we received constant support from Blackbaud to help make sure nothing was lost or misplaced within our database. From several weeks before to several weeks after, we had an agent assigned specifically to us that was very easy to get in contact with. She was able to answer all of our questions in a very timely manner.
