Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

Our organization uses Blackbaud Raisers Edge for our CRM for fundraising, events, action tracking, donor contact, marketing and financials. It is used by Development, Finance, and Program Outreach. It accurately tracks fundraising numbers and constituent interactions so hundreds of employees can be aware of such actions and not "step on each other's toes". Biographical information is easy to enter and update and using Queries and Exports is fairly simple.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge helps our organization track incoming donations, pledges, and capture information related to donors and volunteers. We use Raiser's Edge to capture important information such as giving history, relationships, and meeting notes. We have thousands of donors and volunteers with our organization, meaning we have A LOT of data to capture. Raiser's Edge is built to capture this information in an organized and logical manner.

We use Blackbaud to manage our alumni and fundraising database. We use the software for reporting, prospect management, producing appeal lists, processing donations, and capturing donor/alumni information. We have over 100k records.

We use Raiser's Edge NXT to store all of our constituent and gift data for fundraising at a college. The RE database view allows our research and advancement services teams to view granular data and the NXT web-view is useful for our gift officers to enter contact reports and view an overview of ratings and gift information for their prospects.

I use it for donor management to record activity and engagement, to select prospective donors and drive fundraising. I use it to connect and interact with donors and corporate partners. This is my reference when identifying potential and untapped donors to determine their giving capacity. I use the data analytics for recommendations.

Blackbaud has done an outstanding job simplifying its flagship product, The Raiser's Edge. NXT is intuitive and easy to use, especially after having used the classic program. Like any good CRM it's cloud-based and can be accessed from anywhere and doesn't require installation of additional software or VPN. We use NXT to manage constituent relationships, including their communication preferences, and also use it for Events, gift processing and reporting.

It has also helped with mainstreaming our events as it is easier to keep track of participants and sponsors.

We use NXT to manage our donor database and track gifts we receive, gifts pending, etc. Helps our development officers keep their portfolios efficient and productive. Helps our database manager produce reports showing progress. Helps our gift processing team import gift data

We use Raiser's Edge NXT as a donor management tool within our small foundation. This told helps us track constituent interactions and donations. We have about 3,000 donors.

I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT every day to look up my donor's information we have stored on the software. Using NXT allows me access to not only their address, and phone numbers but also to their last pledges and payments along with media that is attached to their account.

It is our CRM for fundraising. We use it to track gifts, manage donor and prospect engagement, plan engagement based on analytics and develop solicitations in part on history tracked on RE. We need more help in identifying major gift prospects and a better way to track and calendar engagement on best prospects.

Our organization migrated from the older version of Raiser's Edge to NXT about three years ago and has slowly increased its use. I would say about half of our team uses NXT and the other half prefers to work in the older (database) version. It has a few handy reporting features and is easier to navigate for some of our team as they work with donors to the organization.

It is used as our system to maintain alumni records. We use the email system to maintain connections with our alumni with monthly newsletters and other announcements. From these emails, we are able to solicit our donors, inform them of alumni activity, and other opportunities that steward them to maintain a relationship with their alma mater.

We use it to support our solicitors and gain information on our constituents. However, the back end of Raiser's Edge is more helpful for entering gifts, running reports, completing mail merges, and sending emails.

We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for donor and constituent management. We record Actions and pull lists and make notes and conduct research and look for insights. The product gives us access to our database and insights.

We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for the management of donations for our small nonprofit, which is part of a larger university institution. It takes the load off our organization, which only has a small number of employees doing a lot of work.

We use it to look up donors and prospects and to enter event attendance. We also use it to strategize event locations based on constituent addresses and to pull queries to invite particular audiences to particular events. We use it to pull recent donations in order to create thank you letters to send them and to check the engagement of donors and prospective donors.

We use Raiser's Edge for tracking donations and for maintaining a database of donors and contacts to receive communications from our organization. We track biographical information in the media and notes tab. We occasionally look to see if someone has read or email communications. We pull lists for mailing and various analytical reports. We use the events module in the database vies to do our seating for events. I pull reports on outstanding pledges for our events. In the past we used the action tab but haven't been doing that lately.

Our team uses Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT as our fundraising solution, including donation tracking, event registration, workflow management, and for data and analytics. The web interface offers us ease of access for basic-level users and the back-end database allows more seasoned team members to customize reporting for organizational needs. Overall, we've been very happy with this product.

Blackbaud is a great service that addresses database management and prospect research capacity in one. I do like many of the functions they offer, both via their “webview” model and via their “database” model. I utilize Blackbaud primarily to complete queries, exports, prospect lists, and wealth data in my current role. I have also used Blackbaud’s Guided Fundraising software for implementation in our stinger calling room.

I am a daily user of NXT as a major gift officer. I use NXT to track and manage my donor portfolio, plan for future strategy actions, reference it for contact and giving information, and enter all completed donor-facing actions into NXT.

FCHFH uses RE NXT to manage donor relations including giving history, volunteer engagement, giving propensity, etc. This product allows us to assess current donor engagement and potential for growth. The work space is used by fundraisers to assess next steps with donors in their portfolio. Reporting allows us to determine the success of current and past fundraising efforts, giving us the ability to excel with future endeavors and leave failures in the past.

We use Raiser's Edge NXT to track prospect and donor information for our organization - demographics, contact information, giving history, event attendance, actions. It allows us to have one main management system to track important information on prospects and donors. We use this to pull our marketing mail and email lists and is our main record of donations made. It also provides important reporting functionality to help inform our work.
